I am taking a trip to the Hundred Acre Wood today to visit my old pal Winnie The Pooh. He is a childhood favorite of not only my kids but me. I mean who doesn’t love this adorable tubby little bear. So it’s only fitting that I give one of my favorite Disney characters his own Halloween Pumpkin. He fits in perfectly with all the other pumpkins in my Disney Inspired Pumpkin Ideas collection. Have any you want me to try to recreate? Send me a message and I will do my best. So as I said, I love Winnie The Pooh. This silly old bear has delighted generations of readers. AND, I even love to visit him at Walt Disney World, no surprise there.

Make Your Own Winnie The Pooh Pumpkin this Halloween.I went on a craft store supply hunt (that’s a scary thought too, knowing how much damage I can do in a craft store) to find supplies to make the perfect Winnie The Pooh Pumpkin. I landed in the knitting aisle and found some thick red chenille yarn. Bam! That’s it. I also grabbed some yellow yarn for his ears and a few buttons for his shirt. I had yellow spray paint left over from the Toy Story Pumpkin so I was all set.

Use your scissors to cut the loops on each side of the pom pom.

Step 4

Center one cardboard circle on the top of the pom pom, and one on the bottom. You are basically making a pom pom sandwich. Now trim around the circle to form your pom pom.
