Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken tenders
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ cup dill pickle juice
- 3 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- Coating:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup panko
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp. Hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
Instructions
- Place the chicken in a large storage bag. Add the ingredients for the marinade and cover and chill for 4 hours.
- Cover a baking sheet with paper towels.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on the baking sheet, set to the side.
- In a small bowl add the flour, panko, cornstarch, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk to combine.
- In a separate small bowl add the eggs, buttermilk and hot sauce.
Whisk to combine. - Dredge the chicken tenders in the four mixtures, then the buttermilk mixture, then back into the flour mixture.
- Place the chicken back on the baking pan. Repeat until all of the tenders are coated. Set to the side for 20 minutes.
- Lightly spray the grill with Avocado oil.
- Place the chicken in the Ninja set to 370 degrees for 8 -14 minutes.
- In a small bowl add hot sauce and brown sugar whisk to combine.
- Lightly coat your chicken tenders with the hot sauce.
