For me, this is the golden rule. As a snacker, there is nothing worse than grocery shopping hungry. It makes you want to purchase every package down the cookie and cracker aisle, and that is not a good idea! In fact, it would be quite expensive. Eat something before you head out.
Take a Hike!
Ok, so maybe not a hike through the desert per se but get out and walk. Even parking your car far away from the entrance is a great way to get moving.
