I don’t care what your age is, but everyone deserves a little pampering now and then. Bath bombs are pretty popular right now. You can find them at most bath and body stores but they can easily be made at home with a few simple ingredients. Did you ever consider giving the gift of pampering? Better yet, did you ever consider pampering yourself? Making a batch of these Flower Bath Bombs are the perfect answer to the call for some much-needed self-care.

Mother’s day is less than a week away and I bet mom or grandmom or auntie, or…..(you get the picture) would really enjoy receiving a few of these bath bombs in a gift basket of some sort. Usually, bath bombs are round but I love making them into different shapes, like the Mickey Mouse or Frozen bath bombs I shared previously. Silicone baking molds work great for making bath bombs too. I found these flower-shaped molds at my local craft store. I also added some dried rose petals to this recipe.

Makes 6

Make a batch to give as gifts, or make some when you need to relax - this Flower Bath Bombs recipe only requires a few simple ingredients.In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients together along with the rose petals and the cosmetic colorant. In a small bowl, mix the water, coconut oil, and essential oil together. Slowly whisk the liquid ingredients into the dry. Firmly press the bath bomb mixture into the silicone mold. Let this dry overnight before unmolding.
