By the time late-February rolls around, I am pretty much over winter. Luckily, this year’s winter has been very mild in my neck of the woods. Spring signifies a refreshing beginning. It’s a new growing season here on our farm. The guys have been busy plowing and planting our 700 acres. Our farm market has reopened for the season. Three cheers for gardening season! Let the fun begin.
