Well, today I am taking things up a notch and adding a fun twist to the classic lunch box staple – the PB&J sandwich. These Stuffed Peanut Butter And Jelly French Toast Sandwiches are a fun (and tasty) way to amp up the classic.

French toast is one of my favorite breakfasts. So why not make it into a fun sandwich that you can pack for lunch? Take two slices of good bread (I like to use challah). Spread Simply Jif® Peanut Butter on one slice and Smucker’s® Strawberry Preserves on the other slice. Assemble and set aside.
