We live in a world of technology these days and anyone and everyone, no matter who are you, is completely attached to our phones and smart devices. I find it truly amazing that just about anything that you could possibly think of…there is an app for that. Taking a trip to Walt Disney World is no exception. There are several apps that I have found to be truly useful when it comes to taking a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth.

1. My Disney Experience: Based on the title of this app it is pretty self-explanatory that this one, in particular, is your complete guide to your entire Disney experience, not just your visit to the Park. You can manage everything from booking your hotels and making plans for Character meetings/meals to buying your tickets, and even booking your Fastpasses and viewing your photos from within the park. This one is without a doubt necessary to complete your full Disney experience.

2. Play Disney Parks: If you have impatient little ones the lines may get to be a bit brutal. If you want to make it a little more enjoyable I would recommend downloading the Play Disney Parks app. This app is an interactive game to play while you are at the park. There are things like trivia and enjoying digital achievements. It takes time to get through the achievements but it adds a little bit of an extra flare and excitement to your riding experience at the parks.

3. Magic Guide: The Magic Guide app is your one-stop guide while you are the parks. It will guide you of when the best time to visit various attractions and shows throughout the park. You can use the digital park map, check wait times, and even plan your dining schedule for meals at the park. The meal guide even lets you know how much meals typically cost at the various food stands and restaurants in the park so that you can find what fits your taste and budget best.

4. Shop Disney Parks: A little tip is to have the Shop Disney Parks app because you may be able to find a souvenir or trinket that is at the park on Shop Disney for a little bit more of an affordable cost. You can even order items before your trip so that you are prepared when it comes time to your actual visit. You are also able to find if shops in the area have the item you are looking for in stock!
