It’s a real Sugar Rush today on The Farm Girl Gabs. So much that Vanellope von Schweetz will be super excited to play with this fun Sweet Shop Slime recipe created in her honor. It reminds me of a big sundae topped with lots of candy and sprinkles. Ok, so this isn’t edible, but it is fun. And fun suits Vanellope to a T! I love Vanellope! If you are not sure exactly who she is, Vanellope is that sassy and spunky “glitch” from that cool Disney movie Wreck-It Ralph. I too love sweets and was super excited to visit Vanellope’s Sweets & Treats aboard the Disney Dream. Talk about a sweet shop! This colorful shop is modeled after the game Sugar Rush in Wreck-It Ralph. It’s a candy and sweet-lovers delight that has everything to satisfy your sweet tooth from gelato to candy to delicious sweets! This Coco-inspired Peanut Butter Cupcake was delicious!

Here is what you need to make some Vanellope von Schweetz Sweet Shop Slime

• Clear School Glue
• Borax
• Candy Beads
• Styrofoam Slime Beads

To get started, you will need to fill two bowls with 1/2 cup water each. Add 1/2 cup of the clear glue to one bowl. Mix well and then stir in the fine glitter and glitter confetti. You can add as much or little as you like. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Borax to the other bowl and mix together.

In the bowl with the glue, add some styrofoam beads and plastic candy beads and mix. Stir in one teaspoon of the borax liquid to the glue. It will start to get “goopy” immediately. Mix until all the liquid is dissolved. Sweet! You created some fun Vanellope von Schweetz Sweet Shop Slime.

Nice thing about making this Sweet Shop Slime is that there is no actual sugar rush involved. Just plain old slime fun.
