Welcome to the next installment of “What Kind of Disney Pumpkin Will Melissa Create Next?” Hmmm…sounds like a tacky game show. Well, it’s not. It’s just an extension of my love for all things Disney. Speaking of my love for Disney, did you know that Peter Pan’s flight is my favorite ride at Walt Disney World. Partly because the movie Peter Pan is one of my all-time favorites. Anyway, let’s focus on Tinker Bell and this adorable Tinker Bell Illuminated Pixie Dust Pumpkin. I love her sassiness and the fact that she spreads Pixie Dust all around. After all, it is all about the Pixie Dust, right? Faith, trust and pixie dust to be exact. So this Halloween, think of a wonderful thought and get crafting on this fun Tinker Bell Illuminated Pixie Dust Pumpkin. Create your own Tinker Bell Illuminated Pixie Dust Pumpkin

Craft Pumpkin
Citrus Dream Glitter Blast
Tinker Bell Cut File (Download It Here)
Gold Glitter Permanent Adhesive Vinyl
Silhouette Cameo Machine
Hammer & Thin Finishing Nail
Battery-operated tealight candle or string lights

Start by spraying the craft pumpkin with a few coats of the Citrus Dream Glitter Blast. This part will take the longest because you need to apply slowly so the paint does not run. You also need to let it dry thoroughly between each coat.

Next, print out Tink on your Silhouette Machine. Position her towards the top of the pumpkin looking down. You want her to apply that Pixie Dust perfectly.

Now take a nail (or a thin tool) and your hammer and pound random holes in the pumpkin to represent the pixie dust.

Lastly, cut out a hole in the back of the pumpkin so the votive or string lights will fit inside.

Now all you have to do is place the votive inside and let that Pixie Dust fly. She so pretty, isn’t she? While this Tinker Bell Illuminated Pixie Dust Pumpkin will not enable you to fly (at least I don’t think it will), I promise it will give you happy thoughts of a pixie dusted Halloween!
