This easy side dish recipe is always present on my Thanksgiving and Christmas menu. Made with real butter and brown sugar, this carrot recipe is so good. It is a quick vegetable side dish that can be served all year long.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce bag Baby Carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Canola oil
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley, plus extra for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add canola oil and butter to a heated skillet over medium-high heat. Once butter is melted, add brown sugar and honey. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add one 16 ounce bag of baby carrots. Toss to coat. Reduce heat to medium. Season with salt and chopped parsley. Cook 25 minutes on medium heat or until carrots are tender. Garnish with extra parsley.
