Soccer Themed Party
If you have a soccer player in the family, why not celebrate the sport right along with their birthday and create a fun soccer-themed birthday party.
It can be relatively cheap to set up, and supplies will be easy to find. For favors and party snacks you can create soccer-shaped food and treats. Black and white decorations can be used to decorate and set up for the party.
As for an activity, you can host a game of soccer. Just divide the guests into teams and see who can become the soccer champions.
Rainbow Party
Rainbows are magical and fun so creating a rainbow-themed birthday party is a great way to bring some magic to the birthday party.
You can serve a variety of different rainbow themed goodies for the kids and they can put together some fun rainbow crafts for an activity. The rainbow crafts they make can also be used as party favors or you can create a bag of unicorn goodies for them to take home.
Ladybug Party
Ladybugs are another popular spring birthday party theme that kids of all ages can enjoy. Red and black decorations can be used and are easy to find so you don’t have to worry about hunting down decorations. Although, there are a ton of cute ladybug party items that you can find online or in the store.
This is another opportunity where crafts and activities can come in to play as fun entertainment for the kids. For even more fun, have the guests come dressed up as a ladybug!
Garden Themed Party
Since flowers start to bloom in the spring and we can officially start gardening, a garden-themed party can be done in the spring.
To create the theme, you can have flower decorations and flowered themed treats. You can also create a gardening activity for kids that will have them planting flowers. They will love playing in the dirt and the flowers they plant can even be used as party favors.
Petting Zoo Party
Turn your backyard into a fun petting zoo. If you can find a petting zoo company or even a farmer who has a few small farm animals, a petting zoo party will be a fun theme. Your birthday treats can be animal themed, and the kids will have a blast seeing the cute farm animals.
Butterfly Party
You will notice that in the spring, the butterflies come out to play and make a great inspiration for a spring birthday party theme.
Butterflies can be incorporated into just about anything. From butterfly shaped foods and desserts to crafts and activities that the kids can do.

Pastel Party Idea
Having a pastel color-themed birthday party can be a fun way to celebrate the occasion. This is a pretty simple party idea, and you can either choose one pastel color or go all out and have a colorful spread of pastel colors for the party.
You can set up some pretty pastel-colored decorations like table settings, balloons, and streamers. Even if you don’t decorate the tables, you can still have a fun party spread with foods and drinks that are pastel in color.
Ice Cream Party
It’s a birthday celebration and what better way to celebrate than by featuring your favorite ice cream! One of the best parts about the party is that you can set up an ice cream buffet and let the children make their own ice cream cone. They can mix and match their favorite ice cream flavors and add plenty of sprinkles.
Picnic Party
Since spring is the start of the year when it finally starts to warm up outside, what better time to enjoy a nice picnic. This can also be a great birthday party idea.
Guests can all bring a small snack, treat, or piece of a birthday dinner and everyone can gather around on the blankets to enjoy the meal. Another fun idea to add to the picnic party would be to have an outdoor movie theatre set up so you can watch a movie while everyone enjoys the festivities.
These are just a few ideas of ways that you can celebrate a birthday party outdoors. While you can do any birthday theme you’d like, adding some outdoor fun into the mix will make it even more festive.
