Bisquick Mix Ingredients

- All-Purpose Flour – Use three cups of all-purpose flour, which will serve as the batter and base for some of the different foods you will make with this mix.
- Baking Powder – You’re going to need 1 ½ tablespoons of baking powder, which gives this mixture a better texture to ensure that your baked goods turn out perfectly.
- Salt – A bit of salt gives this mixture more flavor, preventing it from tasting too bland when used in recipes.
- Butter – Grab a stick of cold butter and cut it into cubed pieces.

Bisquick Mix Recipe Notes
- When combining your ingredients, you can use the traditional method of mixing everything together in a bowl or the food processor method. If you use the food processor method, you will pulse everything together to combine your ingredients.
- Before you combine your butter with the dry ingredients, make sure it’s cold enough. You should leave it in the fridge beforehand to give it enough time to get cold enough before you quickly cut it into cubes and then add it to your mixing bowl.
- Although you don’t need to add any additional ingredients to this mix, if you’re using it to make chocolate chip pancakes, you can toss in some mini chocolate chip morsels.
