Many of us cannot get enough of The Child since he made his debut in season 1 of The Mandalorian. This Star Wars-inspired recipe is the way…the perfect way to celebrate that is.

What Ingredients Do I Need To Make this Baby Yoda Guacamole recipe

I love a good guac! This easy guacamole recipe can be made in minutes, making it an excellent party recipe. Please note that guacamole is best served immediately. You can store it in an air-tight container for up to one day. It does have a tendency to turn brown so it is best made fresh.

  • 3 Medium ripe avocados
  • Minced Garlic
  • Diced Plum Tomatoes
  • Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • One Jalapeno (remove seeds for less heat)
  • Tortilla chips (for serving)
  • 1 black olive, cut in half through the middle (for the eyes)
  • 1 slice avocado (for the nose)
  • 1 slice red bell pepper (for the mouth)

How Do I Make Classic Guacamole?

Begin by slicing your avocados in half. Remove the pit and scoop out the insides. Place all ingredients into a large bowl.
Smash avocado with a fork or pastry blender. Stir together until blended.

How Do I Make The Baby Yoda Guacamole Platter?

Step 1

In the middle of a large platter, spoon about 2 cups of guacamole into a circle and smooth the top into a flat surface. Create ridges across the top to be forehead wrinkles.

Step 2

Add about ½ to 1 cup of guacamole as ears on each side and shape as ears.

Ingredients

  • To Make The Guacamole:
  • 3 medium ripe avocados, seeds removed and scooped from peel
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds, and membrane removed, finely diced (optional)
  • To make the Baby Yoda Guacamole platter, you will also need:
  • 3 to 4 cups guacamole
  • Tortilla chips (for serving)
  • 1 black olive, cut in half through the middle (for the eyes)
  • 1 slice avocado (for the nose)
  • 1 slice red bell pepper (for the mouth)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a large bowl.
