Candy Shop Pudding Cups
This is a sponsored post. All opinions are mine alone.
Another Halloween has come and gone and both kids scored big in the candy department once again. We have so much candy in this house, I feel like we could open up a candy shop. That is where these Candy Shop Pudding Cups come in.
When the deluge of Halloween candy hits our pantry each year, I like to find creative ways to utilize it so it is not just staring me in the face screaming “Eat me! Eat me”! Yep, I have no will power at all! Creating fun snacks and desserts are the perfect answer to the Halloween candy overload.
Made with Super Snack Pack Pudding, these creative candy pudding cups are a fun way to use extra Halloween candy well after the day is over. With Snack Pack Pudding Cups, the dessert options are endless. By taking a few simple ingredients like the pudding cups, crushed OREO cookies, assorted chocolate candy, Reddi-wip® and a few seasonal embellishments, I created a delicious fall treat. While these are perfect for fall, the are a delicious treat you can make all year-long. Simply change the cup decor to match the season.
To make these treats, you first need to empty the pudding from eight of the Super Snack Packs. Empty the pudding into a bowl and set aside. I used the chocolate pudding variety, but you can use whichever flavor you prefer. Clean each cup out and dry.
Now it’s time to get crafty. It’s easy, don’t worry! You will need to cut eight strips of burlap, some decorative tape and eight colorful buttons. Use a glue gun to adhere the burlap to the cup. Wrap a piece of decorative tape around the burlap, Then, finish it off by gluing a button to the center. Easy peasy!
Now it’s time to assemble these mouth-watering creations. First, you need to chop up your leftover Halloween candy. You will also need to crush the OREO cookies in the food processor.
Begin by adding a tablespoon of the Snack Pack pudding to the cup. Then, add about one tablespoon of the crushed OREO cookies followed by some of the chopped candy.
Repeat the process until you have reached the top of the cup. Finish them of with a nice dollop of Reddi-wip®.
I also added these fun edible leaf decorations too just to give them an extra fall appeal.
What a fun treat to make for the kids {and adults too}! If you are a chocolate lover, these Candy Shop Pudding Cups are the answer to chocolate overload.
They are also the perfect answer to using up all that extra Halloween Candy your kids racked up. What do you like to do with your extra Halloween candy? Eat or create some deliciousness with it? Leave me a comment below. I would love to hear all about it.
