Supplies Needed for these fun Letter Tile Garden Markers
How To Make DIY Garden Markers Using Scrabble Tiles
Begin by spray painting the paint sticks the color of choice. I chose red because I like it – and it’s a nice contrast against the green plants.
I organized the letter tiles by spelling out the words of the vegetables ahead of time. This makes it easier when you start gluing. By doing this, don’t need to search for the letters needed to spell out the vegetable name.
Using the glue, I placed a small dab in the center of each tile and place the letter in the center of the paint stick. Continue until you finish spelling the name of the vegetable.
It’s that easy! And fun! This is a great activity for kids too. You can have them practice their spelling by lining up the words ahead of time. What are you growing in your garden? Leave me a comment below and let me know.

Kids can make this easy craft idea too with a little adult supervision. Grab some Scrabble tiles (or letter tiles), some paint stirs and start crafting up this fun gardening idea
Materials
- Scrabble Tiles
- Paint Paddle Stirring Sticks
- Red Decorator Spray Paint
- E6000® Craft Adhesive
Instructions
- Begin by spray painting the paint sticks the color of choice. I chose red because I like it – and it’s a nice contrast against the green plants.

If completing this project with kids, consider using an waterbased paint instead of spray paint.
