Chocolate lovers rejoice! These Valentine Brownie Pops are the perfect way to satisfy you and your Valentine’s sweet tooth. I am a sucker for all the heart-shaped treats on this special day. I just can’t handle the cuteness. This fun Valentine treat is really easy to make too. Brownies are always a hit in our house. Chocolate is my family’s language of love.
You can either make brownies from scratch or use your favorite box mix. I took the easy road with this batch and used a boxed brownie mix. I say do whatever makes your life easier. No judgment from me! Just make sure you have your heart-shaped cookie cutter nearby.
These heart-shaped treats are perfect for class parties too. Just package them up in clear cellophane bags and tie them with some pretty Valentine’s Day ribbon. Perfecto! You have an easy classroom Valentine treat.
What Ingredients Do I Need To Make Valentine Brownie Pops?
1 Box brownie mix, prepared according to package instructions
How Do I Make This Easy Brownie Pops Recipe?
Step 1
Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions. Before pouring the batter into the baking dish, stir in chocolate chips. Spread batter into a greased 9×12 baking dish and bake according to package instructions for that pan size.
Step 2
Allow brownies to cool completely, then use a 2-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out 12 hearts.
Step 3
Melt the red melting chocolate according to package instructions. Spread the melted chocolate over the top of the brownies and top with heart sprinkles. Or pour melted chocolate into a piping bag and pipe red stripes over the top of the brownies.
To turn brownie hearts into brownie pops, cut a paper straw in half and stick the straw into the bottom of the brownie heart.
