How long will the Watermelon Pops need to stay in the freezer?

Leave your pops in the freezer for at least 45 minutes to allow them to become frozen before you add the kiwi to them. After you’ve added the kiwi to the pops, you’ll need to let them sit in the freezer with sticks attached for a minimum of four hours.

Watermelon Pops

Ingredients

  • Small watermelon
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey, maple syrup or agave
  • Mashed kiwi
  • Mini chocolate chips or cocoa nibs, optional

Instructions

    1. Cut or scoop out the watermelon and add to blender.
    2. Blend on high and strain out the seeds.
    3. Fill cavities a little more than half full.
    4. Add cocoa nibs if you'd like to make it look like there are seeds.
    5. Place in freezer for one hour.
    6. Mix together yogurt and sweeter.
    7. Mash kiwi with a fork.
    8. Remove molds from the freezer, add yogurt mix.
    9. Freeze for 45 mins then add kiwi.
    10. Add sticks and let freeze until sold for a minimum of 4-5 hours.
