It’s been a while since I shared a fun slime recipe for kids. Obviously, my slime making skills are slipping. Since I am in full Christmas mode here, I thought it would be fun to create this Christmas Slime In A Box Gift Idea. Give the gift of slimy fun this holiday season and put together this SUPER SIMPLE gift box filled with all the ingredients to make slime at home. Kids will love it!

This is a great gift to give to kids who love to play with slime. And the best part is, you don’t have to make the slime mess. They do! This easy slime gift idea literally takes minutes to put together. All you need is a festive Christmas gift box, along with some glitter glue, contact solution, baking soda and confetti. 

The kids will definitely have a slimy New Year!

What Do I Need To Make Christmas Slime Gift Idea?

Christmas Giftbox

Paper shreds filler

Red glitter glue

Green glitter glue

Travel size bottle of contact solution

Small clear plastic bags

Twine

Baking soda

Christmas confetti

How Do I Make this Christmas Slime In A Box?

Fill the gift box with paper shreds and place the red glue, green glue, and contact solution on top of the paper shreds.

Fill two small clear plastic bags each with ½ tablespoon of baking soda and tie the top with a piece of twine.

Add a small amount (around one teaspoon) of Christmas confetti to two plastic bags and tie the top with a piece of twine.

Place the bags of baking soda and confetti inside the box.

Print the printable gift tag instructions on card stock and cut out around the outer border. Place inside the box.

  • Paper shreds filler
  • Red glitter glue
  • Green glitter glue

Instructions

  1. Fill the gift box with paper shreds and place
    the red glue, green glue, and contact solution on top of the paper shreds.
