BLT Pasta Salad

Summer is here and I am ready for some fun summer celebrations. Although we don’t really need a reason to celebrate warm weather and the summer sun, we will also be celebrating Gabrielle’s college graduation and birthday this summer
When company comes, I like to have as much food prepared ahead of time so I can enjoy all the fun. Today, I have partnered with Litehouse refrigerated dressing to create this easy side dish that can be made ahead of time. I am a firm believer that everything is better with a little bit of bacon, and a little bit of Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing too.
They are the perfect combination for this BLT Pasta Salad. Litehouse dressings can be found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store. Since their dressings are refrigerated, that means one thing – they are made with the freshest ingredients. There is nothing like fresh buttermilk ranch dressing! The ranch variety is my favorite so I always keep a jar on hand to serve as a dip with vegetables, on my dinner salad and when I want to whip up a quick pasta salad like this one. Hello, convenience!
It’s not summer without a good pasta salad. Pasta salads feed a crowd, are super versatile and a great way to use all those bountiful vegetables from your garden or local farmers market. Fresh ingredients, paired with fresh Litehouse dressing equals a quick and easy pasta salad option.

Everything is better with bacon! It's picnic season and this BLT Pasta Salad is the perfect summer salad recipe! This pasta salad recipe is filled with crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes and romaine. It is dressed with Litehouse Ranch Dressing. Save this kicked up macaroni salad recipe for your next backyard BBQ or picnic.
- 12 ounces elbow macaroni
- 6 sliced bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes diced
- 1 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup red onion diced
- 1 jar Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing
- Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. I prefer to cook mine al dente.
- Drain and rinse when cooking is complete.
- Add pasta to a large bowl. Add chopped vegetables and bacon.
- Pour one jar of Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing and mix to incorporate.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
