  1. We live where Elote is available in a lot of restaurants, street vendors and cafes. This recipe is wonderful! For two ears of Elote near where we live, it costs $14.00. This tasted better, was easy to make and was inexpensive. The Tajin seasoning is available in every store small and large in this area. I had never used it before but it is a must for this recipe and I am sure I will find many other uses for it.
