- Ground beef – You can leave out the ground beef or even use a different type of meat.
- Taco seasoning mix – I like to use the packets of taco seasoning, makes it much easier.
- Refrigerated pizza crust – You can grab a refrigerated pizza crust at the store! Or, you can make your own pizza dough from scratch. It’s easy! Here is my favorite recipe.
- Water – A little water to make sure everything turns out good!
- Shredded Mexican blend cheese – My favorite part is always adding the cheese!
- Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, or salsa!

Taco Pizza Rollups
Taco Roll-ups are a fun and easy way to enjoy two classic dishes at once! This recipe combines the best of both worlds, giving you a pizza-like dish with all the flavors of tacos.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 1 can refrigerated pizza crust or homemade pizza crust
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- Garnish: Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, or salsa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly spray with cooking oil or use a baking sheet
- Add ground beef to skillet cook until fully cooked through, then drain off any excess grease
- Add taco seasoning and water and cook until slightly thickened sauce.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool
- Remove pizza dough and unroll it onto a flat surface. Roll out the pizza dough to form a rectangle.
- Spoon the taco meat on top of the pizza dough, covering evenly then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Start with the long edge of the pizza dough; slowly roll dough into a roll.
- Once fully rolled use a sharp knife and make about 1-inch slices along the roll, making about 12-15 slices.
- Place cut taco rolls onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until tops are fully browned.
- Top with additional toppings as desired and enjoy!
