A classic Dole Whip is one of my favorite snacks to enjoy while visiting Walt Disney World. I often think to myself how cool it would be to smuggle one of those Dole Whip machines from Aloha Isle home with me so I can pretend I am in the Magic Kingdom all year long. Well, since that is pretty much impossible, I have found other ways at home to enjoy the delicious flavor of the famous Dole Whip. One way is this Dole Whip Smoothie recipe I shared with you previously. And another way is these delicious Disney Dole Whip Popsicles.

Popsicles are the perfect summer treat. They are easy to make at home with this handy nifty popsicle mold. The flavor combinations are endless too, but my Disney Dole Whip Smoothie is my favorite. The recipe can’t get any easier. It’s made from the simplest ingredients like heavy cream, sugar, orange juice and plenty of sweet crushed Dole Pineapple.

My secret to making these popsicles is to combine the cream, sugar, orange juice and half of the can of crushed pineapple. Blend together with a hand blender. Then add the remaining crushed pineapple and give it a quick stir with a spatula. This way, there is plenty of sweet pineapple in every bite you take.

Ingredients

1 can Dole® Crushed Pineapple undrained
10 ounces heavy cream
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 can of crushed pineapple, heavy cream, lime juice, orange juice and sugar. Blend together with an emulsion hand mixer for one minute. Stir in remaining pineapple
Fill popsicle molds 3/4 full. Place lid on and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
To remove popsicles, run warm water over the mold.
