Three cheers for the red, white and blue! I love anything red, white and blue. Call me patriotic or call me crazy, but those three colors really speak to me. I guess that is why I like patirotic holidays like Memorial Day or Independence Day so much. The Fourth of July also happens to be two days before Gabrielle’s birthday so we make it an extra-long celebration in our house.
No Fourth of July holiday is complete without a patriotic dessert of some sort. Red, white and blue desserts are perfect for a patriotic celebration. Obviously, the red, white and blue colors represent our flag so making this Star-Spangled Brownie Pizza is a no-brainer this July 4th holiday.
Plan the BEST July 4th Party!
This Star-Spangled Brownie Pizza is such a fun and patriotic dessert. It’s pretty darn easy to make….and tasty too! This red, white and blue recipe is great to bring to a potluck.

How To Make A Brownie Pizza?
To begin, I prepared a box of my favorite brownie mix according to the directions. I cut a sheet of parchment paper in a circle to fit the round pizza stone.
Spread the brownie batter out and bake in the oven. Do not forget the parchment paper or you will have one big runny mess in your oven.
Once the brownie is cooled, I spread a simple cream cheese frosting over top, just like I would pizza sauce. Cream cheese frosting is my favorite kind of frosting. I could just sit there and eat the whole bowl. This version is not real sweet so it balances well with the sweet blueberries and strawberries.
Now, add your blueberries and strawberries in any pattern that you like. You can get pretty creative with your pattern. Sprinkle some white chocolate chips over top and you are all set. I love utilizing the Jersey Fresh produce we grow on our farm to create simple and delicious recipes.
