I love a good pasta salad for many reasons. First, it’s pasta. Come on. I am a carb-aholic and this Italian girl LOVES her pasta. Secondly, it feeds a crowd. Pepperoni Pasta Salad is one of my go to recipes for any party I host or potluck I attend. And lastly, pasta salad is so versatile.
You can virtually add any vegetable to a pasta salad. As well as any favorite dressing, meat or cheese. Some of my favorite pasta salad recipes you can find here are BLT Pasta Salad, Greek Pasta Salad, and the good old classic Macaroni Salad.
I adapted this best cold pasta salad from a recipe my mom shared with me. I like to also take full advantage of all the delicious vegetables we grow on our farm and use the best in-season produce available. This summer salad recipe definitely lives up to its name!

How To Make The Best Pasta Salad
This recipe is a one-bowl wonder. Simply add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. I like to prepare the dressing in a mason jar or a recycled jar with a lid so I can shake it well.
Mix the pasta salad. You can either serve immediately or, cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
