When it comes to summer entertaining, I like to keep things simple. Antipasto is always the center of our family celebrations. But this antipasto skewers recipe is quick, easy and perfectly portioned.

What Ingredients Do I Need To Make Tortellini Antipasto Skewers?

It doesn’t get much better or easier than these Antipasto skewers.  Talk about a fantastic appetizer!  They’re so beautiful, and since we eat with our eyes first, they make your mouth water just looking at them.  What a great addition to a buffet table, or on party platters to pass around, or to jazz up a long table full of friends or family.  You are really going to love this recipe!

Salami slices

Cherry Tomatoes

Cheese tortellini – cooked

Fresh basil

Green olives

Mozzarella cheese – pearls

Zesty Italian dressing

10″ Wooden skewers (you can also use 6″ or 8″ size too.) You would get more appetizers this way.

How Do I Make Antipasto Skewers?

These make-ahead Tortellini Antipasto Skewers Appetizers are an easy and delicious party recipe or snack idea. This super easy antipasto recipe feeds a crowd too.

You will first need to cook the tortellini according to package directions. Then rinse the tortellini and set aside to cool.  Rinse the Cherry tomatoes and dry on paper towels.  Place the Tortellini in a plastic food storage bag, and pour about half a bottle of the dressing over the tortellini, and shake to coat.

Thread the Skewers with the Olives, tomato, basil, Tortellini, Salami, Mozzarella pearls, Salami, basil, Tortellini, basil, tomato, and an olive. Place the skewers on a plate, or serving platter, and brush the remaining Italian dressing over the skewers.  Keep refrigerated until time to serve.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Salami slices
  • 1 pound of Cherry Tomatoes - rinsed
  • 1 bag of cheese tortellini - cooked
  • 2 packages of fresh basil
  • 1 bottle of green olives
  • 2 packages of Mozzarella cheese - pearls
  • 1 bottle of Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 package of wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. First, cook the Tortellini according to package directions, rinse, and set aside to cool.

Notes

You could use 8 inch Skewers, or 6 inch Skewers if you have a large number of guests, and double the ingredients so you would have more skewers with a few less ingredients on them, but still full, colorful, and delicious.
