Pumpkin Cheeseball Ingredients
Making a Pumpkin Shaped Cheeseball is so simple when you have the right ingredients. Make your grocery list and head out to the store for the following goodies:
- Cream Cheese – Grab two eight-ounce packages of cream cheese and set them out on the countertop to allow them to soften.
- Ranch Powder Mix – You will need two tablespoons of dry ranch powder mix to add even more flavor to your cream cheese.
- Worcestershire Sauce – A tablespoon of this sauce adds an even zestier taste to the cheeseball.
- Green Onions – Slice your green onions into small pieces. These are entirely optional, so you can omit them if you don’t want to use them in this recipe.
- Red Pepper – Dice your red pepper into fine pieces and save the stem.
- Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese – Combine your sharp cheddar cheese to give this cheeseball its orange color.
Pumpkin Cheeseball Recipe Notes
- Use an electric mixer when working with the cream cheese. Keep mixing until you reach a smooth consistency without any lumps.
- Allow your cheeseball to sit in the fridge for a minimum of two hours. However, it’s best to let it sit overnight so that it can take the shape of a pumpkin.
- If you don’t like the taste of sharp cheddar cheese, you can use any other orange or yellow-colored cheese. Be sure to shred it before you use it.
